Collaboration Space

THE COLLABORATION SPACE

HOW DOES IT FUNCTION

• Members contribute high-tier geoscience data (existing core/ logs) and engineering data (tracers, microseismic, PVT, DFITs, etc.)
• Premier brings in it’s data from the Premier Sample Library (XRF, XRF, TOC, etc.)
• Advanced machines learning techniques used on all high-tier logs, core and cuttings to create a multi-domain facies model
• Modeling performed to characterize each member’s area (Petrophysics & geomechanics) and evaluate stacking, staggering, spacing, asymmetry/ bashing.
• Data integrated across all participating members to ensure consistency in geo-models (petrophysics & geomechanics) and maximum leverage of engineering data (log, core, production, microseismic, etc.) to address development challenges
• Members crowd fund measurements and share costs of development of common tools (mineral models, testing, etc.)
• Data poor members are brought in on request of the members to fund generation of data for the Space
• Models understanding well performance are built around each data rich area to ensure robustness and predictability of the geo-model

BENEFITS

• Geoscience & Engineering Science budgets see 5 to 7-fold returns on data and learnings
• Real well-spacing cases, asymmetry and bashing studied across multiple operators
• Real oil, water and water production analyzed to understand drivers of productivity
• Premier analyzes members core at 50% of market rate and allows members to have access to the data
• A large dataset of completions and production results enable acceleration of the learning curve
